Mlezie Limited is an incorporated company registered under the laws of the Republic of Kenya and currently operating within Kenya. We focus on offering credit/loans

INTERPRETATION

“Agreement” means the terms of this user agreement;

“Account” means an account provided by Mlezie ltd opened by any person of capacity or any institution/entity;

 “Child” any person below the age of 18 years;

“Loan” means the principal amount of the loan granted by Mlezie to you under this Agreement through the Mlezie Application or site.

“Request” means a request or instruction made to Mlezie by upon which Mlezie is requested to act;

“Personal Information” means your phone number, name, date of birth, identification number and such other information that will enable Us to identify you and enable us to know our users by verifying the information provided

These terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you) and Mlezie Ltd (“Mlezie Ltd," "we," “our” or “us”) regarding your access to and use of the https://mlezie.com website as well as any other media form, mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).  The following terms and conditions, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of https://mlezie.com/, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Mlezie app (the “website”).

1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE
   1. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time.    5. You hereby agree and authorize Us to verify your Relevant Information. You hereby consent to Us verifying the Personal Information and the Relevant Information from the relevant sources and using the Personal Information and the Relevant Information to the extent necessary in Our sole and absolute discretion to the extent permitted by Data Protection Laws.
3. LOAN APPLICATION/REQUEST

 

3. 1. A customer can request a loan using Mlezie. Our applicable interest rates are standardized at a current of 10% per 30 days/month The maximum credit limit of the loan will vary by the individual user’s credit score and prior repayment history.

0. 1. By applying for a loan on our application, you agree to the subject terms of the loan repayments. . Failure to repay the loan within the timelines provided or when the loan falls due shall give sole discretion and rights to Mlezie Ltd to either and or ;- Upon adequate notice to yourself and to the school
1. Charge penalties for defaulted payments
2. Institute a collective suit for recovery in any small claims court with proper jurisdiction.
3. De-activate the account held with us and terminate this agreement.

 

1. 2. We have the right to disable any user name, password, or other identifiers, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.

 

5. CHARGES

 

1. 1. We shall at all times offer full disclosure in view of all charges incorporated in the principal loan, there shall be no hidden charges prior or upon the approval of a loan request. All such charges shall be revealed either inclusive in the principal amount and clearly visible to the user at the time of the request. Any changes made by us will be promptly communicated to our users. You agree to pay all such fees, expenses and taxes, duties, impositions and expenses incurred with the approval of your requests. All applications will attract a processing fee of 3%
   2. The loan interest rate is 10 % per Month or an Annual Percentage Rate of 120%. .
   3. The loan shall subject to an insurance risk cover at 1.5% of the Principle amount (currently not applicable)
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

1. 1. Unless otherwise indicated, the Site  is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

 

7. RELIANCE ON INFORMATION POSTED BY THIRD PARTIES

 

1. 1. Our website may include content provided by third parties, including client testimonials and materials provided by third-party licensors. All statements and/or opinions expressed in these materials and all other content other than the content provided by Mlezie ltd are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the person or entity providing those materials.
   2. These materials do not necessarily reflect the opinion of Mlezie. We are not responsible or liable to you or any third party for the content or accuracy of any materials provided by any third parties.

 

8. USER REPRESENTATIONS

2. You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
3. You possess the legal capacity, and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

6. You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
7. Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

8.2. Suppose you provide untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information. In that case, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site or App (or any portion thereof).

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

1. 1. You may not access the Site for any purpose other than making the site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial activities except those purposely authorized or approved by us.

    2. You at this moment waive all moral rights to any such Submissions, and you now warrant that any such Submissions are original with you or that you have the right to submit such Submissions.     1. These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site.
